Virginia Bell Reed, 93, of Paris, left this world for her Heavenly home on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017.

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2nd, at Meadowbrook Gardens with Rev. Randall Scott officiating.

Mrs. Reed, the daughter of Josef & Ida Lillian Miller, was born Aug. 13, 1924, in Electra, TX.

On Feb. 9, 1946, she married Merl Reed, building seventy-one years of family and memories.

For a time she worked at Westinghouse and then fifteen years at Hollywood Vasarette before her retirement.

Virginia was a faithful member of Immanuel Baptist Church for sixty years.

A grandson, Weldon Love, Jr., preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Merl, a daughter, Wilma Love of Paris, grandchildren; Sue Parr & husband Glenn of Bonham, Holly Ann Lamb of Paris, Kelly Love of Lake Tahoe, NV and Kristi Love of Paris, great grandchildren; Anna Love, Bethany Love, Brittany Thompson, Jordon Love, Morgan Lamb-Drake & husband Benjamin, Baydom Lamb and Emily Love, great great grandchildren; Samson Mejia and Aleczander Weldon Cutshall along with several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Virginia was full of life and never met a stranger. She was “Memaw” to many and loved unconditionally.
